About Darryl Rahme

Darryl has over 18 years of experience working with and for various companies across different industries, with the primary focus being across business development and incremental profit growth.

Through his extensive experience, he has been an integral part in successfully launching and growing products and brands across different market sectors. His experience started with print magazines such as T3, Hype, PC Format and ZOO before he moved on to become the Advertising Director of FHM, where he successfully managed and grew sales teams across South Africa, consistently exceeding monthly and yearly budgets through unique and bespoke sponsorship opportunities.

After creating two digital magazines, Premium Man and Premium Women, which quickly grew to a readership of over 700 000 readers in a short space of time, Darryl then undertook the retail management of the Kiwi Fruit portfolio for a New Zealand-based company Zespri/Kiwi King. Darryl managed the penetration and growth of the brand through major retailers Pick n Pay, Shoprite/Checkers, Woolworths and Spar for 4 years, where the brand continues to grow

Concurrently to growing the kiwi business, Darryl successfully launched VOL Water, an Australian water filtration product, into the South African market by quickly expanding the brand in major chain stores such as Pick n Pay, Builders Warehouse, Takealot.com, Makro Marketplace, Outdoor Warehouse, Yuppiechef, Front Runner and JoJo Tanks.

His key attributes stem from marketing, advertising, sales, business development, product development and income generation experience.

His experience in launching and growing brands and companies over the years has given him the opportunity to develop Innovate 360 as a platform to pass on his knowledge and expertise to other companies, and assist them in growing their products, brands and most importantly, their profits.
